www.thePopcornMachine.com was designed to allow easy access to all the options in our kitchen product and accessories lines. We attempt to make shipping and returns as painless as possible.

General Returns
Defective products must be returned within 30 days after the product was purchased. You must call for return goods authorization (RGA) number PRIOR to returning any items purchased through us. . We will not accept any returns without an RGA.
If Cuda Coffee Company finds that any product returned is not defective such product shall be reshipped to the buyer at their expense, and the buyer shall be charged for other related shipping charges or products returned within 30 days that conform to the invoice and are not defective shall be subject to a twenty (20%) percent restocking charge if the products are accepted and retained by Cuda Coffee Company.

Commercial Products Returns and Limited Warranty
No returns on commercial products except for defective equipment. Defective Products must be returned within 30 days after the product was purchased. You must call for a return goods authorization (RGA) number. We will not accept any returns without an RGA. No refunds. If Cuda Coffee Company finds that any products returned is not defective such products shall be reshipped to the buyer at their expense, and the buyer shall be charged for other related shipping charges or products returned within 30 days that conform to the invoice and are not defective shall be subject to a twenty (20%) percent restocking charge if the products are accepted and retained by Cuda Coffee Company. All sales of commercial products are considered a sale to a business. We do not sell commercial to individuals.
Limited warranty applies on all commercial products in the United States. Cuda Coffee honors manufacture warranties for parts (not labor) for a period of one year from date of purchase.
Other Limitations and Exclusions:
Any implied warranties including fitness for use and merchantability are express warranty set for the above and no person is authorized to assume for Cuda Coffee Company any other liability in connection with the sale of the products. Cuda Coffee Company expressly disclaims liability for incidental and con-sequential damages caused by the machine. The terms "incidental damages" refer to the loss of the original purchaser's time, loss of the use of the products or other costs relating to the care and custody of the machine. The terms "consequential damages" refer to the cost of repairing or replacing other property which is damaged when this product does not work properly. The remedies provided under this warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all others. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Any issues involving this these terms and the purchase of commercial products shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida and any person purchasing commercial products from Cuda Coffee Company agrees that any lawsuit shall be litigated in state of Florida.
Food Products
No returns on food products.

Taxes
Cuda Coffee Company has a physical location in Florida state. The tax rate for Florida state will apply as follows. No sales tax on orders shipped outside of Florida state except certain vendors that we do business with and have headquarters in that state. In this case the order will be taxed the state rate that we are shipping to. Other taxes may apply to countries outside the US.
Florida: 6.0%
Shipping Rates
Our standard shipping rates apply to the lower 48 states of America. If you are outside this area you may be charged an additional shipping fee only to cover the cost of shipping your item. Due to over weight items or shipping to APO's, additional shipping charges could apply.
Orders are shipped either UPS or Common carrier, usually 24-48 hours after receipt of order. | | |
