Our original two mixing baffle design improve the coating process and efficiency, providing a well coated product. An aluminum heat plate is used for optimal heat control while eliminating hot spots. An adjustable digital display and control is designed for precise temperature settings and measures actual product temperature. An audible alarm indicates when temperature is reached. Stainless steel mixing bowl, agitator blade and pedestal make it durable and easy to clean. The CMD 50 can be purchased as a component or combined with a Cretors Pedestal popper and frame with stainless steel receiving tray or table to create a small caramel corn popping plant. Optional custom built cooling bin has optional built in blowers that blow cool air up through the perforated steel tray bottom, cooling the coated corn more rapidly and speeding up the production process.
