Also features E-Z Kleen kettle with twin arm suspension, all welded stainless steel upper cabinet, 3 stage exhaust filter system, removable glass, lighted sign and "Big Eye" Heat Control system which eliminates thermostat problems and provides the operator with both a visual light and a buzzer to alert you when it is time to dump the kettle.
